Our return policy:
We stand behind the quality of all our products and take customer satisfaction seriously. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will take care of you.
It's simple, if you don't love our product send it back to us with no questions asked. You have 120 days from date of purchase to send it back to us.
To start a return or exchange please email us at customerservice@hudsonessentials.com letting us know and we will gladly assist you with the return.
The Details:
- All returns are FREE in the Continental USA and you can return a product for up to 120 days from date of purchase.
- Please note only FREE shipping costs are refundable, the cost any shipping option other than FREE shipping is not refundable.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging to receive a full refund.
Our shipping policy:
- We ship all orders the same day or next business day.
- We offer FREE 3-5 day shipping and returns for all orders shipped in the Continental USA.
- Single unit orders placed with FREE shipping are shipped with three-day shipping.
- International orders shipped with USPS could take up to 7 and 21 business days to arrive.
- All orders placed on weekends and national holidays are shipped the next business day.
Limited return policy: applies to wholesale orders only.
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization number.
- Returns will only be accepted for exchange or return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Only defective or faulty items qualify for free returns and free return shipping.
- Our standard 120 day return and trial period does not apply to wholesale orders.
