It's simple, if you don't love our product send it back to us with no questions asked. You have 120 days from date of purchase to send it back to us.

The Details: 

• All returns are FREE in the Continental USA and you can return a product for up to 120 days from date of purchase. 
• Please note only FREE shipping costs are refundable, the cost any shipping option other than FREE shipping is not refundable.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging to receive a full refund.

Our shipping policy: 

• We ship all orders the same day or next business day.
• We offer FREE 3-5 day shipping and returns for all orders shipped in the Continental USA.
• Single unit orders placed with FREE shipping are shipped with three-day shipping.
• International orders shipped with USPS could take up to 7 and 21 business days to arrive.
• All orders placed on weekends and national holidays are shipped the next business day.

Limited return policy: applies to wholesale orders only.

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization number.
• Returns will only be accepted for exchange or return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Only defective or faulty items qualify for free returns and free return shipping.
• Our standard 120 day return and trial period does not apply to wholesale orders.
